Muscle Angels recently posted two new additions to their Kim Perez video series. I don't know what to say since Kim kinda renders me speechless and I'm sure you all feel the same way. The video features powerful shoulder workout followed by some massive shoulder flex closeups. Kim is huge and all muscle.

Katka Kyptova
It seems like there are a lot of Katka Kyptova fans out there so I figured I should post this sooner than later. Katka's muscular transformation is definitely one for the books. I have to thank the dude who emailed these to me since I hadn't seen them before.
As a teen, she looked fit, but incredibly skinny. Over the years she's grown and grown, filling every inch of that powerful muscular frame. Her body looks so perfect with muscles that the skinny photos look fake! The last pic in this series is by far one of my favorites... those arms!

Monica Mollica
Yesterday, someone emailed me some photos of Monica Mollica's progress over the years and my jaw dropped. I didn't realize how much she'd transformed in such a short period! What's even more incredible is the fact that she's still growing! The emailer pointed out how much her upper body has bulked up in just the last few months. I subscribed to her site and am very impressed.
Her progress is well documented in a massive and frequently updated photo gallery. You can really watch her turn from a skinny little teen to a hulking muscular beauty! Pretty much all of the photos are professionally shot, with a few "party" galleries.
Her recent videos are well-shot in HD, yet some of the older videos are a bit stretched. On these older videos, you'd need to resize your video player to get the right proportions. **Remember, if you see HD or widescreen video with letterbox bars inside it, it's probably not formatted correctly (the only exception being some Hollywood DVD's). In Monica's defense, I've seen this on a dozen other sites so it happens all the time. What's most important is that the videos are high quality, well shot and that Monica's muscular posing is always fresh and elegant. I assure you, she won't disappoint!
Two of the most unique features on the site are the forum and Q&A. There, fans can do the obvious and ask Monica questions about training, nutrition, etc. In one of the forum threads, Monica mentions that she's thinking about getting breast implants which is not uncommon among female bodybuilders. Through a long, back-and-forth dialogue, Monica's fans convince her not to get them.
Overall, the site is great and her progress is no less than incredible. Keep growing, Monica!

Kristi Bruce
I meant to post this a few months ago but must've forgot. Femflex has an excellent video series of Kristi Bruce in beautiful offseason shape. Kristi fills a tight black shirt that can barely contain those gorgeously big biceps. The whole video is of Kristi sitting on a couch and is full of low angle closeups which look amazing in HD.
PS - Would you guys like me to write more reviews like this? I can even come up with a rating system.

Beautiful Freaks
Hey everybody,
First I want to thank everyone who has been coming to the site and especially for those who have given me their kind words. It's been a few months since I started and it's been a lot of fun posting updates and looking around for content. I also hope this site can provide some exposure for these hard working women.
Anyways, I'll try to keep this short, but I've thinking a lot over the last few days about the ''freak" mentality towards female bodybuilders. I thought about a speech I saw last summer with Governor Arnold talking about how great actors like Kirk Douglas used to lie when asked if they worked out. No one in their time wanted to even admit that they lifted weights. They wanted people to think they were naturally fit. They didn't want to be called freaks.
Today, weight lifting is extremely popular and many people love to brag about how they work out. However, what separates the weightlifter from the bodybuilder is the want to become a freak. They want to break the perceived rules of nature and trump expectations. If bodybuilders weren't called freaks, I think they would only be motivated to work harder and get even bigger (if that's even possible). For woman, this notion of excess is even farther out of the norm.
Personally, I love the freaks and I'm interested in them because they're freaks. I've always been fascinated by muscles and even spent about 6 months last year in a pretty heavy workout routine where I gained about 15 pounds of muscle. You buff ladies deserve my thanks for your inspiration.
Anyways, I'd like to know what you guys think. Are female bodybuilders freaks and will they always be freaks? ...wonderful, respectable, beautiful freaks.

Katka Kyptova
I just realized it's been awhile since I posted some photos of the gloriously ripped Katka Kyptova. The first five are from her fantastic website, KatkaKyptova.com. As a treat, I added 2 photos at the bottom from DIYMuscle that are a bit old. You can see how much she's grown over the years!
